Nursing: Nursing
Practical Nursing: Practical or Registered Nursing, Nursing. Industry Credentials: Current, unrestricted Florida nursing license.
Emergency Medical Services: Emergency Medical Technican/Paramedic
Radiography: Radiological Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Management health Science, Career and Technical Education, Adult Education
Surgical Technology: Surgical Technology, Surgical First Assistant, Surgical Technology Instructor. Industry Credentials: Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA), Certified Surgical First Assistant (CFSA), Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) (must be from a NCCA accredited program).
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing: Nursing or Nursing Practice
Dental Assisting: Dental Hygiene, Dental Assistant, Dentistry Education. Industry Credentials: Expanded Function Certificate, Dental Assistant Certificate or Dental Hygiene License.
Medical Assistant: Registered Nurse, Nursing. Industry Credentials: Current unrestricted Florida license required.
Phlebotomy: Phlebotomist, Nurse, Paramedic, Nursing, Education EMS. Industry Credentials: A current unrestricted Florida License and job experience performing phlemotomy, Phlebotomy certificate.
American Heart Association: Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Currently active as a BLS Instructor within AHA, Possess AHA Instructor Manual

- Nursing
Master’s Degree in Nursing, a current, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license, and two years of recent clinical experience. Instructors engaged in clinical and laboratory components must be under the supervision of faculty who possess a Master’s Degree in Nursing. Instructors engaged in clinical and laboratory components must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a current, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license, and three years of recent clinical experience.
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing
Doctoral Degree in Nursing or Nursing Practiceor a Master’s Degree in Nursing.
- Practical Nursing
Two years of full-time successful experience of the equivalent of part-time experience in a qualifying field plus a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing completed at an accredited institution. Instructors engaged in clinical and laboratory components must be under the supervision of faculty who possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Emergency Medical Services
Associate’s Degree from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the United States Department of Education is required. Level A EMS education course – National Guidelines for Educating EMS Instructors, 64J-1.0201(5), F.A.C. Must have paramedic certification and current, unrestricted Florida paramedic licensure, and a minimum of four years of experience in the pre- hospital setting with an Advanced Life Support provider, and three years experience as a paramedic.
- Radiography
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the qualifying fields and an Associate of Science degree in Radiography with at least two years of relevant professional experience. Must have a current, unrestricted Florida licensure and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Surgical Technology
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the qualifying fields and an Associate of Science degree in Radiography with at least two years of relevant professional experience. Must have a current, unrestricted Florida licensure and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Dental Hygiene
Bachelor’s Degree in a qualifying field. Or an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation and a Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable academic discipline. Must have a minimum of two years of work experience in the field and current, unrestricted license issues by a State or territory of theUnited States as a dentist or dental hygienist.
- Medical Assistant
Two (2) years of full-time successful experience or the equivalent of part-time experience, four (4)years preferred. A minimum of an Associate in Science Degreein Nursing.
- Phlebotomy
Four (4) years of full-time successful experience or the equivalent of part-time experience in a qualifying occupational field, six (6) years preferred; or Two (2) years of full-time successful experience or the equivalent of part-time experience in a qualifying occupational field, four (4) years preferred, plus a minimum of an Associate in Science Degree related to the instructional assignment.
- American Heart Association
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification/card, currently active as a BLS Instructor within AHA, possess AHA Instructor Manual.
