Standard high school diploma or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma. Possess six years’ full-time occupational experience in facility/apartment maintenance. Knowledge, skill, and education in facility/apartment maintenance methods.

Master’s degree in Aviation plus current pilot license or a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Aviation plus current pilot license or Bachelor's degree in Aviation plus a professional pilot license plus 2 years work experience in field.

Master’s degree in Industrial Management or a Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the qualifying fields. 

Standard high school diploma or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma. Six years full-time occupational experience required in a specific trade, such as electrical, framing, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and Painting. Knowledge, skill, and education in current construction methods. Qualified experience in a specific construction trade area required.

Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in any combination of the qualifying fields.

Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in any combination of the qualifying fields or a Juris Doctorate Degree.

Master degree in one of the qualifying fields or Master degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in one of the qualifying fields or a related field

Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in any combination of the qualifying fields.

Standard high school diploma or GED Six (6) years of full-time successful experience or the equivalent of part- time experience in a qualifying occupational field; or Four (4) years of full-time successful experience or the equivalent of part- time experience in a qualifying occupational field plus a minimum of an Associate in Science Degree related to the instructional assignment.

Juris Doctorate Degree with current, unrestricted Florida Bar Association license.

Standard high school diploma or GED; six (6) years of documented full-time successful experience or the equivalent of part-time experience in welding or a qualifying occupational field; or Four (4) years of full-time successful experience or the equivalent of part-time experience in a qualifying occupational field plus a minimum of an Associate in Science Degree related to the instructional assignment.
